Event timeline
1992 The predecessor of our company, "Yanshi Songshan Steel Plant" was founded. During the preliminary stage, our company mainly manufactures small ball mill liner plate.
1993~1994 We Cooperated with lots of domestic cement factories by providing them with high quality wear parts including grid plate, liner plate, etc.
1996~1999 Luoyang Zhili Industry Co., Ltd. had achieved a transmission from low-end products to high-end products and a total upgrade in quality control system as we developed.
2000 We cooperated with "Henan Eng-Tech Research Center of Wear-resisting Materials" and invested numerous fund and man power. As a result, our product quality was improved to a new level, and became one of the leading companies in the industry.
2001 Our products "Unidirectional Solidification Huge Blow Bars"won the Luoyang City"s Scientific and Technological Progress Award.
2003 Developed "Alloyed High Manganese Steel" and "Alloyed Super High Manganese Steel".
2004~2005 Domestic independent research and development production supporting the German brand of impact crusher of large plate hammer (single weight 750kg). We have solved the problems of long ordering cycle, high product prices and high freight costs for companies using this impact crusher in the Asia-Pacific region.
2006-2007 We have successfully developed bimetallic composite materials and become a domestic manufacturer of wear-resistant materials that successfully cast bimetallic composite hammer heads. After testing, this material can achieve 2 to 3 times the work efficiency of ordinary manganese materials.
2008 We have cooperated with lots of domestic cement groups, which includes CONCH, TCC, EMEI CEMENT. etc.
2009 The company applied for a patent for "a double-sided composite process for impact crushing hammer" (Patent No. ZL 2009 1 0065065.3). In the same year, we cooperated with China Resources Group to produce large hammers for German brand impact crushers.
2010 We formally started overseas business. As a result, we successfully signed long-term cooperation contract with POSCO and CEMEX.
2011 The company was awarded the title of “Top 100 Suppliers in China’s Cement Industry”.
2013 The company officially became the wear-resistant accessories supplier of Lafarge, a world-renowned cement group.
2014 TIC composite technology is applied to hammer heads, plate hammers, and jaw plates, which improves the performance of the products and is recognized by many old customers. It marks an important breakthrough for the company in the wear-resistant industry and consolidates the company's leading position in the industry.
2015 We introduced core shooter to upgrade the surface quality of our products, which increased our annual output and consummated our quality check system. With the expansion of our market, in order to ascend Zhili up to the first-class professional wear-resistant material research and production organization, we have changed our name to Zhili New Materials Co., Ltd.
2016 Achieved long-term cooperation with Mexico's CEMEX Cement Group.
2017 Out of a fierce competition, we have been authorized by SSAB to fully merchandise and process the hardest steel "HARDOX" and was appointed as HARDOX Wear Parts Center. Hardox"s presence brought us much wider marketing range that we are capable to fulfill all wear-resisting request from our clients. Same year, we signed long-term contract with TATA from India, and other companies from Syria, Russia, Pakistan, Qatar, Mongolia, Nigeria, etc. While benefiting each other, we also built very good international reputation.
2018 Reached cooperation agreements with several Middle Eastern cement plants.
2019 In order to expand production, shorten delivery time, and meet the order needs of domestic and foreign customers, the company established a branch factory in Yunnan and set up a new company.
2020 The ceramic metal composite series products developed by the company were successfully launched. Ceramic metal composite wear-resistant materials have been successfully applied to products such as hammer heads, plate hammers, grinding rollers and grinding discs, further improving the service life of wear-resistant parts, realizing the diversification, specialization and comprehensiveness of wear-resistant products, and meeting the various needs of customers.
2023 Develop a hollow grinding ball with a manganese steel matrix inlaid with carbide and a wear-resistant layer added to the working surface. The product has the characteristics of high wear resistance and high toughness, meeting customers' requirements for product service life and safety. It has been successfully used in a Mexican cement plant with good results.
2024 After strict review by the international certification body GICG, the company successfully passed the ISO quality management system certification and obtained the certification certificate.
As for now, we are still striving to open a even brighter way, and persist in what we have been doing – to build a company that leads the way.
