Working principle of sand and gravel production line: stone is evenly sent to jaw crusher by feeder for coarse crushing, and the coarse crushed material is sent to sand making machine by conveyor for further crushing. The fine crushed material is transported to vibrating screen for screening. The material that meets the finished product particle size requirements is sent to sand washing machine for cleaning. After cleaning, it is output by finished product conveyor belt as finished product; the material that does not meet the finished product particle size requirements is returned from vibrating screen to sand making machine for reprocessing, forming a closed circuit multiple cycles. The finished product particle size can be combined and graded according to user needs. If the dry production process is selected, it can be equipped with a coarse and fine powder separator and dust removal equipment. The crushing system is the heart of the whole set of equipment. Its job is to crush various ore raw materials into finished materials of the required particle size. A comprehensive sand and gravel production line can be composed of multiple crushers, and crushers with different performances are used to complete the crushing of stones. Crushing equipment generally includes jaw crushers, impact crushers, hammer crushers and cone crushers.
Large pieces of stone are evenly fed into the jaw or hammer crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for (first crushing) coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stone is sent to the impact or cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The main wear parts of the jaw crusher are the jaw plate; the main wear parts of the impact crusher are the hammer and the impact plate; the main wear parts of the hammer crusher are the hammer head; the main wear parts of the cone crusher are the crushing wall and the mortar wall.
